GENERAL TERMS
- MINIMUM order 25 guests
- If the premises do not have a full kitchen, we can provide disposable napkins, plates, cups, etc for your Service. Cost is as per the quote form.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certified staff available. Cost is as per the quote form.
- Food is delivered cold to the venue. Hot food served ‘ambient’ or ‘hot’. Please request at the time of booking.
- We make all food platters fresh on the day of your function to suit the exact number of guests on the order. Please advise VZ Catering of the expected guest numbers as soon as possible.
- No reduction in guest numbers will be accepted less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
- Payment is required 3 x days before your service.
HOSTING
2 hours of hosting are included from the start of Service time. Includes cleaning up. Please advise if the Service is expected to be long.
Tea / Coffee / Punch will be provided & served.

15 / 30 / 45 mins+ from our location
Hosted Catering from 0 – 15km is included in bereavement catering services.
15km+ will incur an additional $50 delivery fee.
SURCHARGE
Saturday and Sunday both 20%.
Not open on public holidays.
